The Eximp Measurement Private Limited Service Division lets you directly access over 100 years of in-depth expertise in measurement engineering. Our service engineers and specialists in the field will not only look after your equipment, they will pass on their knowledge to you in seminars in ways that are easy to understand and solution-oriented.
Support/Training
Our services include startup & commissioning, acceptance testing, operator including an annual MSA (maintenance service agreement) program covered by our TASC group that offer our specialized services for remote monitoring of overall measurement performance and condition of our systems deployed. On-site systems installation services include, calibrating new meters and certifying metering system compliance at the factory;
and once metering systems are operational, we test their accuracy and audit their capabilities to ensure they are running optimally when deployed on site. We also offer migration solutions to deploy current validation systems on existing brownfield projects that help user maximize their ROI by upgrading older technologies to meet current standards without huge capital investments.
Measurement Consultancy & Training
We also conduct metering system audits and offer metering consultancy services and training for operators & engineers customized for their needs. Our consultancy services include independent metering expertise for natural gas measurement, LNG, hydrocarbon allocation for production and transportation, multiphase metering, and metering for environmental compliance including emissions and pollution related legislation.
Service
Eximp Measurement Pvt. Ltd is committed to support its customers with competent pre and post after-sales service and to guarantee the function of our Engineered Systems. In addition to accompanying your engineers during the installation and commissioning of the system, we offer a highly flexible service level agreement package TASC (Technical Application Support Center) that you can tailor to your needs which offers:
- Application support for project execution team during IFAT, Start-up & commissioning on site
- Tuning systems on site or remotely together with our OEM and partner (e.g. KROHNE) Support
- Trouble shoot and fix hardware and /or configuration issues on site
- Provide repair, recalibration and/or reconfiguration support at the nearest support facility
- Training customers at the nearest local facility or on site at the customers facilities.
